Belton House is participating in this weekend's Heritage Open Days when hundreds of English properties offer free access.

Nerd fact: Belton house was Lady Catherine de Bourgh's residence (Rosings) in the BBC's 1995 production of Pride and Prejudice.

  3. Thanks, there was quite a kite festival there with stalls for folks to hire kites as well as a couple of these bigger displays.
