The sandstone building behind the trees is the main part of The Collection, an archaelogical museum and art gallery. The Usher Gallery is an older building (out of shot, but pictured previously) that's now fully a part of The Collection. The Usher is currently hosting "Modern Masters: Matisse, Picasso, Dalí and Warhol" featuring the printed work of the four great 20th century artists.
Quite a hard frost too. The fog hasn't really cleared and is now getting thicker as the light fades.

In this experiment, the blue of the sky and water have been replaced with orange. The vegetation looks much the same as the original photo.
