Jews House and Jews Court


Here are two examples of mid to late 12th century buildings.

On the left is Jews House, a rare example of an early English town house and next to it on the right is Jews Court, the oldest and probably only example of a medieval synagogue in the British Isles.

These can be found on The Strait at the bottom of Steep Hill, Lincoln.
