  1. Is it any wonder that a sight like this would move people to write poetry and to wax lyrical! There really is nowhere else like the British isles in springtime...this is such a delightful picture that has me feeling just a tad homesick! (By the way, do they still hold the Spalding Flower Parade)?

    1. Yes it's good to see signs of life after winter. Some trees are now in blossom and green buds are noticeable. I had to Google the Spalding Flower Festival - it does still exist, it's in early May.
